Look At This Fucking Guy

sim bhullar

Our Indian intern Rakesh told us there were no NBA players of Indian descent before Sim Bhullar because guys in India spend all of their time playing cricket, billiards, and badminton. And even guys who grow to be as big as Bhullar usually become elephant handlers instead of basketball players.

But the Sacramento Kings made history today when they signed the 7’5″ huge bitch out of New Mexico State to a deal that will put him in Kings training camp later this year. That means if you didn’t see Bhullar play a lot of college ball because he played at New Mexico State, you still won’t be able to see much of him because he’ll play for the team that is the closest thing the NBA has to a developmental team at the big boys’ level.

Luckily, Bleacher Report put together this YouTube clip to get you up to speed:

Odds are the 360-pound center will spend some time in the actual D-League in hopes of making him a little less gleepy, anyway, before he takes one giant step forward to the pros. Or who knows? Maybe they’ll keep him around just in case the scoreboard at pig shit Arco Arena breaks down and they need him to look 90 miles southwest to get a live look-in at the Warriors game.

Either way, we can’t wait to see this behemoth play some kind of basketball. The dude has a standing reach of 9’9″, wears a size 22 shoe, used to eat just ketchup and bread, and looked more like a girl when he was a kid than Brittney Griner does today:

Hope he makes it, I know he hated his job of helping callers troubleshoot their Magnavox TV’s, over the telephone.
