DUDcast: The Miami Heat Will Repeat So Tell Me Something Else About The NBA Playoffs

Miami Heat Championship

by Tommy Gimler and Barry Murphy

The Daily Upper Decker’s NBA expert is Barry Murphy. Tommy Gimler thinks it’s a fixed sport. Putting these two together to talk about the NBA playoffs made about as much sense as ordering Barely Legal 15 in your hotel room when the internet connection was free.

The Miami Heat are going to repeat as NBA champions in 2013. The only question marks are which teams will advance to the next round before the Heat pulverize them into the offseason.

And it’s not just us who aren’t going out on a limb.

Before Sunday’s Game 1, if you wanted to win $100 when the Miami Heat take down the Milwaukee Bucks in their opening round series, you would have had to put up $15,000, or in other words, the same odds you’d get if you were betting on whether or not Charlie Sheen was plowing a hooker right now.

Barry and Tommy discuss this as well as other sexy bets to make and things to look for that might actually make the NBA Playoffs watchable. All you have to do is give your wife and kids a few bucks and send them off to Budget Cinemas while you crack open a Pabst and click play on our DUDcast below.
